Sesame Bok Choy

Serves: 4   •   Time: 7-10 minutes


1 Cup water
1 Medium head bok choy, leaves separated
1 Tsp soy sauce
½ Tsp sesame oil
2 Tsp sesame seeds
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Add the cup of water to the inner pot and place the steaming basket inside
  2. Stack the bok choy onto the basket with the thickest leaves on the bottom and then close the lid
  3. Turn the menu dial until you reach the “Vegetables” function. Using the +/- buttons, adjust the time to 4 minutes
  4. Press start to begin cooking. Music will sound and the cooker will start the countdown once the optimum pressure has been reached inside
  5. When the timer ends, cooker will beep and will switch to the “Keep Warm” function automatically. Press the cancel button
  6. Press the pressure release button on the top of the lid and then open the lid
  7. Place the bok choy in a bowl and toss with the sesame oil, sesame seeds and salt and pepper
  8. Enjoy!
