Lemon Butter Brussels Sprouts

Serves: 4   •   Time: 6 minutes


450g Brussels sprouts
1 Cup water
2 Tbsp Butter
Lemon juice form one lemon
Grated parmesan (for garnish)


  1. Pour the cup of water into the inner pot
  2. Place the brussels sprouts onto the steaming basket and lower it into the pot
  3. Place the lid on the pressure cooker and turn the menu dial until you reach the “Vegetables” function – this will default to 3 minutes
  4. Press start to begin cooking. Music will sound and the cooker will start the countdown once the optimum pressure has been reached inside
  5. When the timer ends, cooker will beep and will switch to the “Keep Warm” function automatically. Press the cancel button
  6. Release the pressure by holding the pressure release button on the top of the lid and then open the lid
  7. Remove the Brussels sprouts and the steam basket and dump out the water inside the pot
  8. Turn the menu dial until you reach the “Fry” function and press start
  9. Add the butter, lemon juice and Brussels sprouts and saute until browned
  10. Garnish with grated parmesan and enjoy!
