Garlic and Parmesan Corn on the Cob

Serves: 4   •   Time: 4 minutes


4 Ears of corn on the cob
1 Cup water
¼ Cup butter, melted
2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 Tsp minced garlic


  1. Pour the cup of water into the inner pot and place the metal trivet inside
  2. Stack the corn onto the trivet and close the lid
  3. Turn the menu dial until you reach the “Vegetables” function. Use the +/- buttons to adjust the time to 2 minutes
  4. Press start to begin cooking. Music will sound and the cooker will start the countdown once the optimum pressure has been reached inside
  5. When the timer ends, cooker will beep and will switch to the “Keep Warm” function automatically. Press the cancel button
  6. Press the pressure release button on the top of the lid and then open the lid
  7. Remove the corn from the inner pot
  8. In a small bowl combine the butter, parmesan and garlic and brush onto the corn
  9. Enjoy!
