- Products have to be installed by an Installer who is suitably qualified, registered (e.g. PV Green Cards, Dept of Labour wireman license, etc) and accredited for Midea Energy Solutions products – list of accredited Installers available on www.midea-energy.co.za.
- Compulsory Product warranty registration via www.midea-energy.co.za includes uploading of COC (certificate of compliance), Installation technical details and photos.
- Compulsory Inverter system online monitoring authority to be granted to Midea-Energy via Solarman app.
