Midea Fairprice Campaign

By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Promoter

This promotion is run by Livance Distributors (“the Promoter”) in partnership with participating retailers (“the Retailers”).

2. Promotion Overview

Customers who purchase any selected Midea Laundry or Fridge appliance from participating Retailers during the promotional period will qualify to receive a R100 airtime voucher, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Who May Participate

• This promotion is open to South African residents only.
• Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of purchase.
• Employees of Livance Distributors, its affiliates, Retailers, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. Promotional Period

• The promotion will run for the period specified in promotional material in-store and/or online.
• Purchases made outside of the promotional period will not qualify.

5. Qualifying Products

• The promotion applies only to selected Midea Laundry and Refrigeration appliances as listed in the participating retailer.
• Product availability may vary by Retailer.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend qualifying products at its discretion.

6. How to Qualify

To qualify for the R100 airtime voucher, customers must:

1. Purchase a selected Midea Laundry or Refrigeration appliance from a participating Retailer during the promotional period.
2. Retain proof of purchase (till slip or invoice).
3. Follow any redemption or claim process communicated in promotional material.

Only valid, fully paid purchases will qualify.

7. Voucher Reward

• Qualifying participants will receive a R100 airtime voucher.
• Voucher type, retailer applicability, and usage terms will be communicated at point of sale or in promotional material.
• Vouchers are:
  • - Not transferable
  • - Not exchangeable for cash
  • - Subject to the issuing Retailer’s voucher terms and expiry dates
  • - Once SMSs have been sent, they cannot be resent. Vouchers cannot be transferred to alternative numbers.
  • - One voucher per redemption
  • - Voucher to be sent via SMS
  • - Participants must ensure the mobile number provided is correct and can receive SMSs
  • - Participants must ensure the mobile number provided is correct and can receive SMSs
  • - Vouchers cannot be resent, duplicated , transferred or exchanged for cash

8. Returns & Exchanges

• If a qualifying product is returned, refunded, or exchanged for a non-qualifying product, the voucher will be forfeited and must be returned (if already issued).
• The Promoter and Retailer reserve the right to withhold or cancel the voucher in such cases.

9. Fraud & Abuse

• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the promotion.
• Any attempt to claim multiple vouchers through fraudulent means will result in disqualification.

10. POPIA Compliance

• Personal information provided (where applicable) will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
• Information will be used solely for promotional fulfilment and marketing communication where consent has been granted.
• Data will not be shared with third parties without consent unless legally required.

11. Consumer Protection Act Compliance

• This promotion is conducted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA).
• Participants retain all rights afforded to them under the CPA.

12. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• The Promoter is not responsible for:
  • - Lost or misplaced proof of purchase
  • - Voucher loss once issued
  • - Retailer stock availability
• Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final and binding
