Method:

Note: Beans can be any of your choice

  1. Lightly drizzle olive oil over your pepper and place it into the Midea InstaFry. Select the air fry function and let it cook until the skin is beautifully darkened. Once done, carefully remove the pepper and set it aside.
  2. In the DIY mode of your Midea InstaFry, sauté the onions until they turn translucent. Then, add the celery, carrots, and garlic, and cook them for 5-7 minutes until they soften and release their flavors.
  3. Peel the grilled red pepper and slice the remaining flesh. Add both the sliced pepper, seeds and diced garlic to your pot, along with the vegetable Broth. Season the mixture to taste.
  4. With your Midea InstaFry, pressure cook the mixture for 15 minutes. This will infuse all the flavors and create a deliciously rich base for your soup.
  5. After the initial pressure cooking, it’s time to add the sugar beans, butter beans, and kidney beans. Add them to the pot and select the bean mode on your Midea InstaFry. Allow the beans to pressure cook for an additional 40 minutes, allowing them to become tender and fully infused with the flavors of the soup.
  6. Sit back, relax, and let your Midea InstaFry work its magic, creating a flavourful and hearty bean soup that will leave you craving more. Enjoy the delicious results of your Midea InstaFry cooking adventure!
