Midea’s Easy Fit Service brings the ultimate convenience straight to your door. Within 50km of our Johannesburg Distribution Center, we handle delivery with unmatched precision and care.
- Service Coverage: Available within a 50km radius of our Johannesburg Distribution Center: Boundary Park, Paddock Lane, Epsom Ave, Northriding, 2188. Anything greater than 50km will be quoted and payable separately by the customer.
- Premium Delivery: Our team ensures careful handling and precise placement of your Midea appliance.
- Delivery Scheduling: Appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon order processing.
- Installation & Setup: Basic installation is included where applicable. Any additional services may incur extra charges. For a detailed list of inclusions, exclusions, and general conditions, please refer to the voucher provided upon order processing.
- Access Requirements: Clear and safe access to the delivery location is required. Difficult access may require additional arrangements.
- Rescheduling & Cancellations: To avoid additional fees, changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- Damages & Claims: Any concerns must be reported upon delivery for immediate resolution.
- Exclusions: Midea's Easy Fit Service does not include the removal of old appliances unless pre-arranged.
- E&O Applied: Errors and omissions applied.
- Acceptance: By making payment for the service, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions.
