Midea Easy Fit Service Terms & Conditions

Midea’s Easy Fit Service brings the ultimate convenience straight to your door. Within 50km of our Johannesburg Distribution Center, we handle delivery with unmatched precision and care.

  1. Service Coverage: Available within a 50km radius of our Johannesburg Distribution Center: Boundary Park, Paddock Lane, Epsom Ave, Northriding, 2188. Anything greater than 50km will be quoted and payable separately by the customer.
  2. Premium Delivery: Our team ensures careful handling and precise placement of your Midea appliance.
  3. Delivery Scheduling: Appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon order processing.
  4. Installation & Setup: Basic installation is included where applicable. Any additional services may incur extra charges. For a detailed list of inclusions, exclusions, and general conditions, please refer to the voucher provided upon order processing.
  5. Access Requirements: Clear and safe access to the delivery location is required. Difficult access may require additional arrangements.
  6. Rescheduling & Cancellations: To avoid additional fees, changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  7. Damages & Claims: Any concerns must be reported upon delivery for immediate resolution.
  8. Exclusions: Midea's Easy Fit Service does not include the removal of old appliances unless pre-arranged.
  9. E&O Applied: Errors and omissions applied.
  10. Acceptance: By making payment for the service, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions.
