Vegetarian Cauliflower Buffalo Wings

Craving a spicy and savoury treat? Try these irresistible Vegetarian Cauliflower Buffalo Wings, prepared to perfection in the Midea Air Fryer!
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower cut into florets
- 1.5 cup flour
- 3 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 teaspoon onion powder
- 4.5 teaspoon paprika
- 1.5 teaspoon cumin
- 1.5 teaspoon sea salt
- 0.75 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.75 teaspoon chili powder
- 2.25 cup full cream milk
Buffalo Sauce Ingredients:
- 1.5 cup water
- 120 ml white vinegar
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 3 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1.5 teaspoon sea salt
- 9 tablespoon tomato paste
Method:
- Place your cut up cauliflower in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine your flour and all the seasonings.
- Add the milk and mix well to make your batter.
- Evenly coat your cauliflower florets with batter and place them in your Midea air fryer basket for 20 min at 200C, once complete set aside and prepare your buffalo wing sauce.
- Prepare your buffalo sauce by adding all its ingredients to the Midea InstaFry pot, use the DIY setting, whisk to combine. Once the sauce simmers use a silicone brush to evenly coat your florets with the buffalo sauce.
