Air Fryer
Chicken Wings with Buffalo Sauce
Serves: 4 • Time: 40 min

Ingredients:
- 1kg chicken wings
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 50g butter
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2/3 cup creamy ranch dressing
Method:
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C for 3 minutes. In a large bowl, place chicken wings and sprinkle baking powder over them. Toss to ensure all pieces are coated.
- Place the coated chicken wings into air fryer basket and cook for 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
- During the last 5 minutes of cooking the wings, melt butter in a small frying pan at medium heat. Add sauces and bring to the boil before removing the pan from heat.
- Transfer the cooked chicken wings to a large bowl and pour sauce mixture over to coat thoroughly.
- Serve and enjoy.
