Carrot and Potato Soup


  • 2KG Carrots, chunked
  • 2 Large Potatoes, chunked
  • 1L Water
  • 1 Chicken Stock Cube
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 500ml Cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

25 minutes


  1. Dissolve Chicken Stock in the 1L water, add paprika
  2. Throw carrots, potatoes and stock mix into the cooker
  3. Select vegetable preset
  4. Close lid and press start to begin cooking. Music will sound and the cooker will start the countdown once the optimum pressure has been reached inside
  5. When the timer ends, cooker will beep and will switch to the “Keep Warm” function automatically. Press the cancel button
  6. Release the pressure by pressing the pressure release button on the top of the lid, then open the lid
  7. Pour the vegetables and water into a blender, and run until smooth
  8. Mix the cream in, and season to taste
  9. Enjoy!
